I have been a tutor in English language arts and foreign language for six years. The foreign languages I tutor in are Latin, Greek, and Japanese. I am very experienced with students with attention deficit disorders. I will provide individualized lessons and make sure each student meets their personal goals. The key to helping students learn is to make lessons fun and interesting. Laughter is the best way to make this happen. I am very patient, and I will make my lessons challenging but not impossible. I love finding out what students' interests are and then helping them to achieve their goals. It is my intention to help my students achieve a goal that doesn't seem possible to them. I believe that each student is an individual, and I will structure my lessons to meet their needs.I am a magna cum laude graduate from Texas A&M University. I earned a B.A. in Classics, Greek focus, and a Japanese minor. I went on to The University of Nottingham in England, where I graduated with merit with a M.A. in Ancient History.In my spare time I enjoy reading and blogging. I like to study languages and watch foreign television. I also enjoy singing, jogging, and creative writing.
